Thank you for visiting Side Ponytail Pictures! My name is Abby Blair and I love taking pictures of life. I often get asked “Why Side Ponytail?” Well, what started out as a convenient hairstyle for using my Nikon turned into my go-to hairdo for feeling creative.  After shooting a few projects for family and friends I started to sign off on my work as “Side Ponytail Pictures”, and soon I loved the name so much I made it official.

My website is a collection of the beautiful faces, places, and events that I’ve had the privilege of photographing. I’m inspired everyday by the things that each of us fill our lives with--our families, our work, our friends, our lifestyles, and our passions, and I believe all of these things deserve to be captured and shared.
